DeSantis says ‘venture capitalists’ bought up the test kits. ‘Huh?’ | Letter to the Editor
Karen Curlin of Lakewood Ranch, you took the words right out of my Letter to the Editor.
Another question is: When is the media going to ask these questions? I even heard Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis state last week in one of his first “press conferences”about the coronavirus, that “venture capitalists bought up the tests before the virus,” and they are trying to make money selling them.
Huh? How does he know that? I haven’t heard that anywhere else. If “venture capitalists” KNEW enough about the virus to buy them up why didn’t our state and federal governments?
