How a bagel passion started in Lakewood Ranch

Owner and founder Kim Fishman, a Wayne, New Jersey native, first started making bagels in her Lakewood Ranch kitchen. That led to a home-based delivery service, which became popular enough for Fishman to open a brick-and-mortar shop.

She opened the University Park location with her husband Erik in February 2022.

In keeping with its other slogan , “sunshine and bagels,” the shop is open daily from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m.
