New First Watch restaurant set to open in Manatee with special offer for customers
A popular breakfast and lunch chain with headquarters in Bradenton is almost ready to open its newest Manatee County location.
First Watch will welcome diners to its new restaurant at 8990 U.S. 301 N., Parrish, on Monday, Dec. 16, a company spokesperson told the Bradenton Herald.
The 3,700-square-foot restaurant is a new building with 166 seats between its covered patio and indoor/outdoor bar areas.
To celebrate, customers dining in during the opening week will receive a free Project Sunrise coffee with their meal, the company spokesperson said.
First Watch cooks made-to-order meals with fresh ingredients in a kitchen without heat lamps, microwaves or deep fryers, the company spokesperson said.
The restaurant also has a seasonal menu that’s updated five times a year. The first seasonal menu at the Parrish location will appear in Spring 2025.
The restaurant’s hours are 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily.
