Powel Crosley Estate: Two seatings, at 10 am and 12:30 p.m., either inside the mansion or next to the bay with private tables. Breakfast and brunch menu items including chef omlette station, Belgium waffles and fresh fruit, shrimp and our popular smoked salmon trio, mac and cheese station (for all of us kids), Easter ham and selection of chicken, an abundant assortment of fresh salads, vegan quinoa selection and delicious desserts. Pier 22: Features an Easter brunch buffet and dinner specials on the patio and in the ballroom, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on March 27. The Bbuffet includes a ham and prime rib carving station, eggs Benedict, sushi display, omelet station, shrimp and grits, sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, oysters, fresh fruit, breakfast potatoes, danishes, pastries, desserts and more. Easter Dinner Specials, from 4 p.m., feature a prime rib dinner slowly cooked and hand-carved to order, served with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus plus the full dinner menu. Captial Grille: This Easter Sunday, The Capital Grille will offer a prix-fixe Easter brunch menu for children and adults in addition to their full dinner menu. Brunch is 11 a.m.-3 p.m. March 27. For the appetizer course, guests can choose between menu items such as a cup of spring artichoke bisque, or bibb stack salad. Guests can then select from a range of items for their main course, including bone-in dry aged New York strip with fried egg, pan-seared salmon, 8-ounce filet mignon, or lobster frittata. Brunch concludes with dessert choices, such as classic crème brûlée, or flourless chocolate espresso cake. Cost is $49 per person and $15 for children. Polo Grill: Easter Sunday Brunch is 11 a.m.-3 p.m. March 27. Chef Jason Stevens and his culinary team will be featuring an assortment of chef manned stations, a chilled seafood display, assorted salads and fruits, artisan cheeses and breads, delicious hot entrées, and more. Brunch On The Bay: Celebrate Easter Sunday at the Ca d'Zan on Ringling Museum grounds is a well-known event destination, providing a perfect backdrop for a delicious brunch. Seatings at 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. March 27. The menu includes Alaskan king crab legs to glazed Kentucky spiral ham, as well as morning staples, classic brunch items, a full seafood display, a carving station, grazing items, fresh salads and sweets. Libby's Cafe + Bar: Easter brunch is 10 a.m.-3 p.m. March 27. The menu includes chef crafted cage free omelettes, hash brown potatoes, cheesy grits, shrimp cocktail, blue crab fritters, barley amandine, mini mozzarella caprese, Hillview chicken salad, veal meatballs, kimchi fried rice, roasted prime rib, heirloom peas and carrots, to a scrumptious selection of desserts. The Table Creekside: Easter brunch is 11 a.m.-3 p.m. March 27 featuring several chef selections, including The Parisian -- duck sausage, vanilla waffle, sorel hollandaise, fried duck egg, agave syrup; the Maine lobster benedict -- butter-poached lobster, lobster fondue, goat cheese polenta cake, poached egg; Steak and eggs -- skirt steak sofrito, Caribbean fries, poached organic eggs, tomatillo Bloody Mary salsa; The Farm -- roasted suckling pig hash, fried quail eggs, candied kale; Elephant ear French toast -- Granny Smith caramel apples, cinnamon dust, organic chicken sausage, fried egg; and Mardi Gras -- jumbo gulf shrimp, tasso gravy, poached egg.
