Concerts: Dec. 3-9

Artist Series Concerts of Sarasota continues its 2015-16 Pops Series season with the celebrated Quartetto Gelato. Often called the Cirque du Soleil of classical music, Quartetto Gelato dazzles audiences with its high-energy performances, exotic blend of musical virtuosity, artistic passion and humor. In �Exotic Flavors,� the group will present a rousing selection of blazing gypsy show pieces, Celtic reels and dances, Italian folk songs and more, December 5, 7:30 p.m. and December 6, 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., at the Historic Asolo Theater, 5401 Bay Shore Road, Sarasota.
