Events at the Manatee County Fair on Saturday, Jan. 16

Fair schedule for Saturday

Noon -- Gates, midway and exhibits open.

1:30 p.m. -- Hog-calling contest.

2 p.m. -- Swine sale, followed by heifer sale.

Admission: $8 for adults (13 and up)

$7 for seniors (55 and up)

$5 for children (6-12)

Free for kids (5 and under)

$5 for active military with ID

$20 Midway armband.
