Have Gun, Will Travel play two Tampa shows

Have Gun, Will Travel are one of the best bands that has ever come out of Bradenton. They have a couple of a concert dates coming up this weekend, but Bradenton residents will face a bit of a drive to get there.

The shows are in venues a few blocks apart from each other in Tampa's Ybor City. On Friday, HGWT will be at New World Brewery, and on Saturday they'll be at Crowbar.

The band has a new album out, titled "Science From an Easy Chair." It's a concept album that's all about British explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton's Antarctic expedition about a century ago.

You can probably hear a lot of the songs from that album at the Tampa shows. But they're both being billed as Have Gun, Will Travel's 10th anniversary concerts, so you'll probably hear a lot of their classics, too.
