You've probably got Thanksgiving Day off, and you may even be looking at a four-day weekend. So Wednesday night may be a great time to go out and party.

And a great place to do that will be on Bradenton's Old Main Street. Popular local country band Rye Road will perform live and free at a pre-Thanksgiving edition of Main Street Live.

Main Street Live is a popular street party hosted by the Old Main Street Merchants Association. The first Main Street Live of this season, in October, was a Halloween event on a Saturday, and upcoming parties are on New Year's Eve and St. Patrick's Day.

The bands are all from the Bradenton area, but there's a different style of music each time. So if country's not your thing you can catch a rock or R&B band another time.

And if you're not into live music, there are food trucks and vendors up and down the street, and the Old Main Street bars, shops and restaurants will be open for business.

Details: 5-10 p.m. Nov. 25, Old Main Street between Manatee and Third avenues, Bradenton. Admission: Free. Information: facebook.com/OldMainStreetMerchantsAssociation.
