Maybe they’re expecting either a very young crowd or a very long show. Drake and Future bring their Summer Sixteen Tour to Tampa’s Amalie Arena on Saturday, and the show is set to start very early, at 6:30 p.m.

Fans are no doubt hoping the two rap stars are starting early so they can perform a very long time. The show also promises some unnamed “special guests.”

Drake’s been known to collaborate with some of the biggest stars in music, including Rihanna and Lil Wayne, so it’s intriguing to think that the special guests will be people of that caliber. Don’t count on it, though.

But if you’re a fan, Drake and Future ought to offer more than enough star-power for the evening.

Drake, of course, is the Canadian rapper who started out as an actor, and first came to fame for his role as Jimmy Brooks in the popular and critically acclaimed teen-oriented TV drama “Degrassi: The Next Generation.” He left the show to pursue a career as a rapper, and has become one of the most popular musicians in the world, and almost undoubtedly the most successful Canadian rapper ever.

Future is probably as well known for his mix tapes as for his hit albums and singles. He and Drake have collaborated several times, including on the single “Where Ya At” and Drake’s mix tape “If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.” Last year, Drake and Future released the full-length mix tape “What a Time to Be Alive,” which hit the top of Canadian and U.S. charts.
