Roger Waters plays solo songs and Pink Floyd classic at Amalie Arena

He was a huge part of one of the most-revered – and most-popular – albums of all time, and of a whole bunch of albums that were just normally revered and extremely popular. And even though he left his famous band more than 30 years ago, amid great acrimony, Roger Waters will always be the guy from Pink Floyd.

But his solo career, and especially his gargantuan live shows, are impressive on their own, and local audiences will get a taste of both when Waters comes to Amalie Arena on Tuesday.

The tour is called “Us + Them,” an obvious allusion to a song from “Dark Side of the Moon,” and it includes a lot of the stuff most Floyd fans will want to hear (i.e., songs from “Dark Side,” “The Wall” and other albums of that era), plus solo songs all the way up to material from his solo album “Is This the Life We Really Want?” that came out in June.

Here’s the set list from an earlier stop on the tour. The Tampa show will probably be very similar:
