The Bradenton Marauders batted around in the first inning, scoring four runs, and never looked back on the way to a 7-3 victory over Charlotte on Thursday in front of 813 fans at McKechnie Field.
Edwin Espinal had a two-run double in the first and finished with three hits and three RBIs. Jin De-Jhang added a pair of hits and scored three times, and Wyatt Mathisen came up with three hits and two RBIs.
Marauders starter Tyler Eppler picked up his first win by going five innings, allowing a run on two hits.
