HOLE TO REMEMBER: Jones did not make a signature hole, insisting, “each one of them is.” But if you have to have one to remember, it’ll be the par-4 12th hole, with its intimidating bunkers that crowd both sides of the fairway.
UNFORGETTABLE: No. 4, a 528-yard par-5, is a slight dogleg right on which pot bunkers often play havoc with golfers’ second shots. The undulating green is shallow and difficult to hold and water on the right often comes into play.
INSIDE INFO: There are only 262 residential lots available at the club, and only 275 memberships are sold.
DID YOU KNOW?: The course is one of the few to be found with a full-time caddie program.
