TAMPA -- Tickets for the NHL Eastern Conference Finals between the Tampa Bay Lightning and New York Rangers go on sale at 10 a.m. Thursday.
The Lightning clinched a berth to their third conference championship series with a 4-1 victory over the Montreal Canadiens on Tuesday night. Tampa Bay is series away from advancing to the Stanley Cup Finals for the second time in franchise history.
New York defeated Washington 2-1 in overtime Wednesday night in a Game 7 contest. The Lightning went 3-0-0 against the Rangers during the 2014-15 regular season.
The Eastern Conference Finals will start Saturday times to be announced.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Thursday at TampaBayLightning.com/tickets or by calling 800-745-3000.
The Lightning will also continue its popular Subway Student Rush ticket offer for the Eastern Conference Finals. The team will hold 100 tickets per game for students to purchase with valid student ID.
