The defending champion Bradenton Christian boys golf team won the Bay Conference Tournament in Largo on Tuesday with a team score of 322.
Jordan Miller and Phillip Knowles led the Panthers and tied as co-champions with 1-over par scores of 73. Calvin Morley added a 84 to the winning effort. Olivia Cecil, a member of the all-conference girls team, shot a 95 for a fifth-place finish.
SAINT STEPHEN’S 149, MANATEE 161 -- Conner Lynch led the Falcons to a victory over the Hurricanes with a 4-under par 32, and teammate Jack Cen shot a 33. Contributing to the win were Chi Chi Wong (38), Cole Johnson (36), Wyatt Hoffman (38) and Nick O’Neill (43).
BAYSHORE 228, SOUTHEAST 0 -- The Bruins (3-6-1) won by forfeit after the Seminoles (3-11) only were able to field three of the required four golfers during at match at The River Club.

The Bruins’ Nic Osorio earned medalist honors with a 37.
LAKEWOOD RANCH 196, BRADEN RIVER 211 -- The Mustangs improved to 5-4 for the season with a home-course victory at Lakewood Ranch Country Club.
Mustangs Allison Lindman and Courtney Castner shared medalists honors with scores of 45.
Mckenzie Hanlon led the Pirates (2-8) with a 49.
MANATEE 202, BAYSHORE 301 -- The visiting Hurricanes beat the Bruins on the IMG Academies Golf and Country Club with medalist Geona Tomeo leading the way with a 37.
Maria Castellanos had the low round for the Bruins with a 69.
SOUTHEAST 3, NORTH PORT 2 -- Playing without three starters, the host Seminoles came back to beat the Bobcats 23-25, 23-25, 25-15, 25-22 and 15-10.
Emma Bartges had 24 kills and 11 digs, and Kelsey Koleff had 15 digs and two aces for Southeast (6-12). Tori Scovill had 40 assists, Amanda Basista plunked in four aces, and Alex Pendelton had 14 kills, three aces and four blocks. Southeast hosts Dunedin on Thursday for Senior Night. MANATEE HIGH 2, MANATEE HEAT 0 -- Jesse Durst had six aces, Chloe Conboy had 10 assists and three aces, and Zoe Clark had four kills to lead the visiting Hurricanes to wins of 25-11 and 25-9.
