Spurs Get Big De'Aaron Fox, Dylan Harper News Before Game 4
The San Antonio Spurs opened Game 3 against the Oklahoma City Thunder with a dominant 15-0 run, but were eventually overwhelmed by the Thunder bench en route to a 123-108 loss.
“It’s a long game,” said De’Aaron Fox, who aggravated the high right ankle sprain that kept him out of the first two games of the series late in Friday’s contest. “It’s hard to sustain something like that, especially for a full 48 minutes. But when you see the lead kind of dwindle, it’s something that’s like, ‘Damn, we got this lead, and it went away so quickly.'”
While Fox aggravated his injury in Game 3, the Spurs received some good news regarding his status for Game 4.

“Spurs coach Mitch Johnson says he expects De'Aaron Fox (ankle) and Dylan Harper (adductor) to both play in Game 4,” reporter Tim MacMahon announced on Saturday afternoon.
Game 4 between the Spurs and Thunder is set to tip off at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. The game will also stream on Peacock.
