There's been a lot of silly uproar lately about our historic Confederate flag being a symbol of racism. That flag represents the hundreds of thousands courageous Confederate soldiers with deep roots in the South who lost their lives in the Civil War.
Now it has become a symbol of hatred fueled by a misguided young white man who took the lives of innocent God-fearing black folks in South Carolina.
The flag should not be flown and should be removed from the public is now the outcry. What a bunch of crap!
If a select few in this country are suddenly offended so very much by this flag's presence, I suggest that we as a people, along with our lackluster president, should channel our energies toward wiping out the ugly black flag of ISIS.

If our Confederate brethren were amongst us today, I'm sure they would have no qualms whatsoever leading the charge and doing just so.
Have we become this weak or have we become just downright stupid? The latter, is my guess.
