I also have a need to make my opinion of Mr. Balazs Orban's forced landing in the middle of the Tidewater Preserve neighborhood. His engine stopped.
The FAA thinks it could have been an electrical problem but are still investigating. There are risks every time a pilot takes off, even if they are diligent with the pre-flight checks.
Mr. Orban landed there because there weren't any houses. God willing, there won't be a next time but the likelihood of it being in the same place is one in a million.
I don't think the community should stay awake at night wondering when it's going to happen again. The pilot picked the best place to put the plane down without harm to anyone and did an excellent job.

Why can't the residents in Tidewater be thankful? One comment was "What if there where houses there?" Then he wouldn't have landed there!
