I look at this country that was founded on Christian principles even though many today refuse to accept that, I wonder when we lost our moral compass.
Day after day at times we read articles about a law that will not allow animals to be killed. We read about a couple who are being tried for having a shelter for animals and instead of giving them loving care the animals received physical abuse. Found guilty, they can receive up to 85 years in prison.
On Jan. 22, hundreds of thousands of pro-life people marched in Washington, D.C. on a Right to Life Memorial march to honor the more than 50 million babies that were murdered in their mothers' womb at the hands of abortionists.
The sad part is even though the animals receive all kinds of attention, not one word is printed about this march or one word spoken on television about the precious children who have lost their lives. People who are speaking out against abortion are called women haters and people who encourage mothers to kill their babies are called people of great compassion.
