It is truly heartening to know, regarding anthropogenic climate change of the past two centuries or so, that our own Gov. Rick Scott proclaims himself not to be, ahem, "a scientist," even though, per recent sporadic American Ebola outbreaks, he is now, apparently, an epidemiologist.
For all the flak the Obama administration faces for the current North American Ebola "crisis" as opposed to, more correctly, a true and very real West African three-country-segment actual crisis, thankfully, back in the early 1980s, the Reagan administration had an early, firm, decidedly sober grasp on the burgeoning American/near-all-encompassing global AIDS epidemic.
