Founding Fathers intended slow-moving Congress

Most people look at Congress as dysfunctional because of not settling issues quickly. I feel that it’s one of the reasons this country is great.

Our Founding Fathers did the same thing, until they created the Constitution. They didn’t want a king deciding everything for them. So I say Congress will reach the will of the people even if punches are thrown.

The president shouldn’t disparage what our Founders initiated.
