Slightly warmer but still dry and sunny in the Bay area

ST. PETERSBURG -- Bay area residents can expect the nice conditions from Sunday to last a few more days.

According to Bay News 9 meteorologist Juli Marquez, the partly sunny weather with low rain chances will continue. However, there will be a slight rise in temperatures.

"We did not even reach 80 degrees Sunday in Tampa," Marquez said. "It will be mostly sunny on Monday with temperatures back in the low 80s."

Rain chances will remain low throughout the week.

"We will have some high clouds coming in this afternoon, but it will remain nice and dry with sunshine," Marquez said.

Conditions will turn partly cloudy by Monday evening but it will not be as cool overnight.
