MANATEE -- No one was injured in a fire that destroyed a Bradenton mobile home early Thursday, according to Cedar Hammock Fire Rescue.
About 6:22 a.m., firefighters responded to a reported fire at the Mel-Mar Village Mobile Home Park, 2802 14th St. W., and found smoke and flames showing from a mobile home, according to a news release.
The fire was brought under control within minutes, but the home was a total loss, according to firefighters.
Nearby structures also received minor damage to exterior siding.

No one was injured.
The blaze is being investigated by Cedar Hammock Fire Rescue and the State Fire Marshal's Office.
