On Thursday, a search warrant was executed at Darr’s residence and agents seized his cell phone. More than 100 videos depicting child pornography were found on the phone.
The case was investigated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations and the Bradenton Police Department.
This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse.
