No injuries reported in crash involving propane truck in Palmetto

MANATEE -- No one was injured Tuesday morning when a motorist rear-ended a truck carrying propane in Palmetto, according to officials.

About 8:26 a.m. the driver of a truck traveling on U.S. 41 near 69th Street East stopped at a railroad track, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

The driver of a car didn't stop in time and rear-ended the truck, officials said.

No one was injured, and the propane did not ignite.
