The Saint Stephen’s School eighth-grader was invited to caddy at the recent PGA Tour Transitions Championship Pro-Am at Innisbrook in Palm Harbor, a course the four-handicapper knows well.

“I didn’t recognize him at first, because you could not tell he was a football coach,” said the 14-year-old, who is almost 6 feet tall. “It was a good experience.”
Connor said coach’s golf game is good, and he helped him out with pointers around the green.
“He was really relaxed, cracking jokes. ” Connor said. “I’m going to watch the Bucs more because their coach is a cool guy.”
