Bradenton police release photo of masked gunman in 7-Eleven armed robbery

BRADENTON -- Police have released a photo of a suspect in an armed robbery that occurred late last week at a 7-Eleven store in Bradenton.

At 5:07 a.m. on Oct. 10, a man wearing a grey short sleeved t-shirt, black pants, and a white and black skull Halloween mask entered the store at 4332 Cortez Road W., Bradenton, police said. According to a report, the suspect pointed a small, silver semi-automatic handgun at the store clerk demanding money. The suspect then walked the clerk to the register and forced the clerk to place the cash drawers on the counter.

According to a report, the suspect fled through the store's front entrance with $104 in cash. Officers who responded to the incident checked the surrounding area but found no one. No injuries were reported to the clerk, according to a report.
