Naples robbery victim’s eye splits in half

Three Southwest Florida people are facing charges in a beating so savage that the victim’s eye split in half.

According to a report on naplesnews.com, the trio entered the man’s home and began punching him in the face and demanding money.

Arrested Wednesday by Collier County deputies: East Naples residents Elizabeth Sexton-Palmer, 36, Danielle Wilson, 40, and Michael Palmer, 36.

The victim was taken to a local hospital, where he was treated for face fractures and broken nasal, orbital and cheek bones, according to reports.

In addition, he suffered a ruptured globe in his left eye, causing his eyeball to split vertically.

Sexton-Palmer, Wilson, and Palmer, are all facing felony charges of aggravated battery with disfigurement.
