3 more hit-and-run crashes in Manatee, says FHP

As of 2:30 p.m., Florida Highway Patrol was investigating two hit-and-run crashes in Manatee County, according to the FHP website.

The first crash was reported at 12:04 p.m. a.m., near the intersection of 49th Avenue East and 19th Street East.

The second was reported at 12:39 p.m. at the intersection of Factory Shops Boulevard and 60th Avenue East in Ellenton, FHP said.

And the third crash was reported at 1:48 p.m. at the intersection of 14th Street West and 68th Avenue West.

There were no reports of injuries, and no roadblocks, according to the FHP website.

Other mid-day crashes reported in Manatee were at 14th Street West and 53rd Avenue West; and Ninth Street East and 63rd Avenue East. No injuries were reported, FHP said.

And troopers were responding to a crash at the intersection University Parkway and Cooper Creek Boulevard. There was road blockage in the turn lane, according to the website.
