Manatee deputies arrest 3 sex offenders

MANATEE -- Manatee County sheriff's deputies this week arrested three convicted sex offenders. Two of the them were arrested for failure to notify authorities of their new addresses, according to a news release from the sheriff's office.

Arrested Tuesday on charges of failing to notify were Elijah Davis, 33, of the 5400 block of Lakehurst Court, Palmetto; and Moises Manders, 23, of the 300 block of 34th Avenue Drive East, Bradenton.

Also, Lapar Conley, 28, of the 1100 block of 27th Avenue West, Bradenton, was arrested after a bondsman rescinded his bond on a non-sex-offender-related charges, according to the report.

Davis was released from the Manatee County jail after posting $4,900 in bonds on charges of failing notify and resisting arrest and for three warrants out of Sarasota County.

Manders was released from jail after posting $1,000 bond on a charge of failing to notify.

Conley was being held without bond.
