PALMETTO — A missing 13-year-old girl was located and returned to her parents Wednesday, according to a Palmetto Police Department report.

Scotia Hammond, who has been missing since Friday, was found unhurt in Kissimmee with a 24-year-old man, Donald Hannah.

Hannah, who is a resident of Osceola County, was arrested and faces a charge of interfering with parental custody and other charges.
