Bradenton rallied twice after spotting Dunedin an early lead en route to a 10-7 victory Thursday in the Florida State League.
Elias Diaz powered Bradenton early. His RBI single in the first scored the game’s first run and his three-run homer in the third tied the game at four. Diaz went 3 for 4 and caught all nine innings for the first time in his rehab assignment. Wyatt Mathisen gave the Marauders the lead for good with a two-out, three-run double in the eighth inning off Dunedin reliever Carlos Ramirez (0-1), who suffered his first blown save.
Bradenton relievers Henry Hirsch and Sam Street (1-0) combined for 4 2/3 shutout innings.
Bradenton (48-41) has won five of six and seven of eight.
