MANATEE -- It won't be quite as windy on Halloween in Bradenton.
The National Weather Service is calling for mostly sunny skies, with a high near 73 and north-northwesterly winds of 5 to 10 mph becoming northeasterly in the morning.
Later Wednesday, ghosts and goblins will head into a night with partly cloudy skies and a low around 60. Winds will be west-southwesterly at 5 to 9 mph.
A chance of rain returns to the forecast on Thursday.
