BRADENTON -- Two physicians who are part of a Bradenton gynecology practice have purchased two vacant lots near Blake Medical Center, just a few blocks south of where they practice.
Doctors Marion Pandiscio and Kinnari Desai, with Manatee Gynecology, paid $500,000 for the two lots located at 2302 and 2310 60th Street Court W., according to Manatee County records. They made the purchase under the company name Kimave LLC, inking the deal June 27.
The seller was Bradenton Plastic Surgery Center LLC, a company controlled by Dr. Enrique Fernandez, who operates a plastic surgery office in Bradenton, Florida Plastic Surgery. Fernandez's company purchased the lots in 2001 for $55,000.
Pandiscio and Desai are part of a four-doctor practice at Manatee Gynecology, according to the company's website. Manatee Gynecology operates offices at 1850 59th Street W., near Blake, and at 8614 E. State Route 70, in the Bradenton East Integrative Medicine Building.
Their new property measures about an acre and is located on a cul-de-sac that is home to two medical offices. The lots are zoned for commercial development. They are located one block south of Blake Medical Center.
Neither Pandiscio nor Desai responded to requests to comment on the property purchase.
