Steve Ananicz has joined the Anna Maria Oyster Bar as director of operations. He was previously with The Chiles Group on Anna Maria for 20 years where he was COO before joining AMOB.

Matt Andrus was named general manager at the Anna Maria Oyster Bar Landside location on U.S. 41 just north of Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport. He moved back to Bradenton from Augusta, Ga., where he was with Longhorn Steakhouse.

Jill Hinman has been named the new clinic director for the medical and dental clinic at the Bill Galvano One Stop Center. She brings 27 years of experience as a physician's assistant.

Hinman will be responsible for management functions of the medical and dental clinic along with working with paid and volunteer health care professionals to provide quality health care to clients. Hinman was co-owner of Paradocs Internal Medicine in Traveler's Rest, S.C., where she worked closely with the physician in managing all aspects of business operations and clinical duties. She completed the Physician Assistant's Program at the University of Florida.

Jessica Ventimiglia, executive director of United Way 2-1-1 of Manasota Inc. since 2009 is retiring. She has served as CFO and interim CEO for Selby Botanical Gardens, executive director of Mental Health Community Centers and executive director of the St. Petersburg Museum of History.

Frank Golio Jr. has joined Keller Williams on the Water Market Center. Golio started his career in 2001, working with investments.
