Robbie Gronbach, director of preconstruction at Willis A. Smith Construction Co., was recently appointed as the new secretary for the U.S. Green Building Council Myakka Branch Executive Council. The executive committee implements the board's fiduciary and strategic plans, policies and decisions. In his role as secretary, Gronbach will head educational and volunteer opportunities promoting the best practices for sustainable living.
Scott Goeb of Kerkering, Barberio & Co., certified public accountants, has met all of the requirements to obtain the designation of certified public accountant. Goeb graduated from the University of Florida with bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting and began working with Kerkering Barberio in 2014 as a staff accountant.

Rick Wilkins has assumed the role of director of logistics and transportation for Goodwill Manasota. Wilkins has four decades of professional customer-care experience and more than 26 years tenure with a $100 million privately held organization. He is experienced in warehousing, distribution and logistics management. Wilkins will oversee the transportation department, the home services department of donations picked up at homes, retail sales at the North Bargain Barn, as well as salvage operations, including the final processing of unsold items resold to buyers.
Carla Tralick was named the center director for Children's Academy of Southwest Florida Inc.'s Rubonia location. She has experience in early childhood, school readiness, school-age and teen services programming.
