Realtor Blake Jones has joined the Sarasota office of RE/MAX Alliance Group. He specializes in luxury properties throughout the Sarasota area, including Siesta, Lido and Longboat keys. A licensed Realtor since 1997, Jones moved to Florida in 2009, after selling his successful RE/MAX franchise in Salt Lake City, Utah. Jones earned his bachelor's degree at Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, Calif., and his master in business administration degree from the University of Washington in Seattle.

Susan Nemitz has joined Palma Sola Bay Club, a luxury condominium community under construction, as a sales representative. Born and raised in Fort Myers, Nemitz has been a licensed Realtor since 2005, working in the real estate industry and for a builder in Hillsborough County, where she has lived for 35 years. In her new role, she will be responsible for the sales, marketing and serve as the community liaison for the Palma Sola Bay Club.

Sabine Jolitz has joined Kerkering, Barberio & Co., Certified Public Accountants as a senior accountant in the international tax segment. Jolitz, who is fluent in German, received her bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of South Florida and is a Florida CPA.

Darrin Cummings has been named general manager of Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood. The new store will be next door to Toyota of Lakewood, which is at 5959 State Road 64 E. Cummings was previously finance director for the Gettel Management Group.

Chuck Stevens has been named director of marketing for the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall. Stevens' career began at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. He later become president of his own agency Stevens Advertising Associates, with offices in Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and Miami.

Bob Rosinsky, president and chief executive of Goodwill Manasota, was recently appointed president of the Florida Goodwill Association. Rosinsky has devoted 42 years of his career to Goodwill and has led Goodwill Manasota since 2012. The FGA is made up of nine territories of Goodwill stores throughout Florida and Alabama. The association began as a way for Goodwills throughout the state to meet and discuss day-to-day operations and big picture topics and ideas.

Lee Porter of KB Pension Services has satisfied the requirements for professional certification as qualified pension administrator from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Administrators assist employers, actuaries, and consultants in such functions as determination of eligibility benefits, computation of benefits, plan record keeping, trust accounting, and disclosure and compliance requirements.

Ron Suponcic has earned the RE/MAX Platinum Club Award, which recognizes the highest-producing RE/MAX associates based on performance.
