It may not feel like fall in Florida, but World of Beer is ringing in the season with its autumn menu. And if it’s anything like World of Beer’s seasonal menu last year, I’m already on board.

The most memorable part of last year’s WOB fall spread was a pimento cheese dip topped with savory bacon jam. I’m pretty sure this year I’ll be romanced by the peanut butter and jelly wings. Yes, they’re a thing. The WOB website describes them as “crispy wings glazed in blackberry balsamic jelly and drizzled with spicy peanut butter sauce. Served with a blackberry jam and peanut butter dipping sauce” and suggests you pair them with the WOB limited-release from California-based Stone Brewing Co. Mixtape Vol. 14, The Gatekeeper, a Russian imperial stout and IPA blend with figs and plums.

Other seasonal items on the food menu include a prosciutto and spiced apple flatbread, green chili chicken nachos, WOBtoberfest brat burger and pumpkin spice apple donuts. (Yeah, you PSL nuts, there’s a doughnut dedicated to your obsession)

World of Beer executive chef Mark Adair collaborated with chefs and brewers at Stone for The Gatekeeper, according to a WOB release. The WOB fall menu also includes Delaware-based Dogfish Head’s Fall On Me, described in the press release as “a WOB limited-release Belgian-style farmhouse ale brewed with red delicious apple cider from Fifer Orchards and spiced with cinnamon, orange peel, star anise and cloves.”

Sign me up, please.

The menus are now available at World of Beer through Nov. 20.
