MANATEE -- Temperatures stayed above freezing -- just barely -- at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport overnight.
The low temperature hit 33, just before 8 a.m. It had hovered in the 30s and 40s before hitting the low, according to the National Weather Service.
Forecasters were calling for the temperature to rise to 57 this afternoon, before another chilly night, with a forecast low of 33. Friday was set to be warmer, with the weather service calling for a high of 66.
Manatee County remained under a hard freeze warning until 9 a.m., and a wind chill advisory until 10 a.m.
