President gets briefing on oil spill

President Obama started his daily intelligence briefing in the Oval Office today with an update on the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, Deputy Secretary of the Department of the Interior David Hayes, Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson, Assistant to the President for Energy and Climate Change Carol Browner, and Rear Admiral of the United States Coast Guard Sally Brice O’Hare, will join Press Secretary Robert Gibbs at the top of the briefing to discuss the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
