Fruchey, who was wearing wading boots and sunglasses, was carrying his driver's license in his shirt pocket, secured by a safety pin, and his vehicle was found near the Indian mound in Emerson Point Preserve. The water access area near the car showed nothing suspicious nor was there any injury to the body, the sheriff's office said.
