MANATEE -- The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office reported tonight that it had located two children it had been searching for most of Saturday, and that they were in good health.
Their mother, Barbara Stock, was arrested for possession of prescription narcotics. The investigation is ongoing.
Deputies had been searching for Stock and her two young daughters out of concern for their welfare.
The girls, ages 5 and 6, were last seen 3:30 p.m. Friday in the 2900 block of 26th Street West in Bradenton. They were in a 2000 white Buick LaSabre with Florida tag 683LIN driven by 66-year-old Arthur Kinsman.
