Sophie, a 3-year-old pit mix, is deaf but very gentle. She is available for adoption at Manatee County Animal Serivces for $30 this month. Lucy, a 2-year-old brown and white tiger domestic short-hair cat, is available for adoption for $70. Manatee County Animal Services’ downtown Bradenton satellite adoption center is at 1002B Manatee Ave. W. and is open 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday. Information: 742-5824.
