Bradenton Courthouse Square Concert: Manatee County Courthouse Square, Manatee Avenue West between 10th and 12th Streets, Bradenton

The first Bradenton Courthouse Square Concert will be 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Jan. 9 featuring a different musical performance each week. Some tables and chairs will be provided and there are park benches on the courthouse grounds. The concerts are free. Information: 704-4366.

“Thunder By The Bay” Motorcycle Festival: downtown Main Street, Sarasota

The 11th Annual Thunder by the Bay Motorcycle Festival will be Jan. 9-11 beginning with a casual “Born to be Wild” kickoff Party 7 p.m.-midnight Jan. 9 at Michael on East; tickets: $30. The festivities continue with a free “Bikes, Bands & BBQ” event starting at noon Jan. 10 in Payne Park featuring vendors and demo displays, live music, food and an appearance by the Clydesdales.
