BRADENTON — A local manufacturer of dental prosthetics announced today it plans to create almost 300 jobs over the next five years.
Natural Prosthetic Dental Lab Inc. plans to break ground on a new 15,000 square-foot manufacturing plant in East Bradenton to support demand for digitally produced digital restorations.
Company officials estimate Natural Prosthetic will hire 283 employees over the next five years and its expansion will be a $10 million capital investment. Many of the jobs will be manufacturing work the company plans to bring back to Bradenton from China.
Natural Prosthetic Dental Lab partnered with 3M, which is providing the digital technology necessary to manufacture dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges and implant restorations locally.
