Who's on Sunday.
Australian dance-music queen Betty Who was originally scheduled to perform at the State Theatre in St. Petersburg on Saturday. But the show has been rescheduled for Sunday.
Who knows why. Or at least she probably does, but there's been no official explanation.
But how and why Who rescheduled doesn't much matter. All that's really important the concert is set to go.
If you're not up on the dance hits of the past few years, you may be asking yourself: Who?
Who is the stage name of Jessica Anne Newham, who released her first single in 2012 as a free download. "Somebody Loves You," with its old-school '80s feel eventually, climbed to the top of the Billboard dance charts. It was even featured on "Glee" sung by Darren Criss and Chris Colfer's characters earlier this year.
She's no one-hit wonder, though. Who's EP "Slow Dancing" made it to No. 1 on the iTunes pop charts and critics have praised the pop effervescence of her songs.
Who says she's influenced by such artists as Katy Perry, Robyn and Miley Cyrus, and you can hear a bit of all of them, and even Ke$ha, in her music.
Details: 7 p.m. (doors) June 28, State Theatre, 687 Central Ave., St. Petersburg. Tickets: $14 advance, $18 day of show plus service charge. Information: 727-895-3045, statetheatreconcerts.com.
