The people at Tampa's Amalie Arena are calling Kevin Hart's "What Now?" tour "the biggest comedy tour in history."
That's awfully hard to believe, but maybe it's true. Hart is performing dates in 45 cities across the United States and Canada, and he's been selling out all over the place. In lots of cities, tickets have sold so fast that he's added a second show.
In fact, Tampa is one of those cities. Hart was originally scheduled to perform at Amalie Arena at 7 p.m. Friday, but a second, late-night show was added a few weeks back. That's one's slated to get under way at 10:30 p.m.
Hart started as a stand-up comic, but a lot of people got their first glimpse of his work when he was part of the cast of Judd Apatow's series "Undeclared."
Since then, he's been doing it all -- film roles (most famously "Ride Along), hit comedy albums and a reality show called "Real Husbands of Hollywood," of which he is the executive producer as well as the star.
Hart has recently hit the big screen in "The Wedding Ringer" and opposite Will Farrell in "Get Hard." A sequel to "Ride Along" is in also the works.
Just remember to turn off your cell phones or you might get kicked out. The tour released this information: "No photography or cell phone use of any kind will be permitted during the performances. This includes texting, use of social media, photography of any kind, videography, or any other activity which involves the use of a cell phone or camera. Violation of this policy will result in immediate ejection from the event."
