The monthly Main Street Live events in Bradenton are usually on third Thursday nights, but when Halloween falls on a Friday, that's a good enough reason to change things around.
Starting at 6 p.m. on Halloween night, Old Main Street will be filled with food trucks, and no doubt a lot of revelers dressed in spooky, silly and creative costumes.
At one of the street, one of Bradenton's premier punk-rock bands. A Gentlemen Army, will play from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m.
All the businesses -- including the bars, pubs and restaurants -- along Old Main Street will be open for business as usual, except that a lot of the patrons will be dressed as zombies and vampires.

Besides the food trucks, lots of local merchants will be setting up shop along the street for the evening. So you can get some shopping done while you're chowing down and listening to a punk band. There's also a costume contest scheduled.
