Chris Cagle performs at the White Buffalo in Sarasota

If you're an adult and you're a country music fan, the real Halloween fun this year starts after the trick-or-treaters have all gone home.

The annual Halloween Bash at the White Buffalo Saloon in Sarasota gets going at 10 p.m. Friday. It's strictly for the grown ups -- 21 and over.

The main attraction this year is country music star Chris Cagle.

Cagle hit the big time with his very first single, "My Love Goes On and On," in 2000. He hit it even bigger a few months later with his subsequent singles "Laredo" and "I Breathe In, I Breathe Out." All those singles came from his debut album.

He's had several big hits since, including "Chicks Dig It" and "What a Beautiful Day."

It's been a couple of years since his latest album, "Back in the Saddle" and he's still touring steadily.

Even if you're not a big country music fan, you might want to check out the White Buffalo's Halloween Bash. There's a great costume contest with $1,000 in cash prizes for Most Creative Costume, the Sexiest Costume and the Scariest Costume.

Details: 10 p.m. Oct. 31, White Buffalo Saloon, 5377 McIntosh Road, Sarasota. Tickets: $15 advance, $20 day of show. Information: 941-927-6655, thewbsaloon.com.
