Music-Mixing Program for Teens

Attention all teens

On Thursday, March 10, 2011 starting at 5:30 p.m., the South Manatee Branch Library is hosting a special “Teen Tech Week” event.

Guitarist, composer and producer Gerardo Manrique will demonstrate how to create a professional sound demo mix and develop music from the sound board to CD.

His latest project is “Bossa Nova Hotel,” with Grammy winner Michael Sembello (best-known as the composer of the song “Maniac” from the movie “Flashdance”).

“Music...for me is the most honest expression of my soul”. - Gerardo Manrique
