During the Manatee County Fair from January 13th through January 23rd, visit the Harllee Barn and enter a drawing for some unique prizes offered by the sites of the Historical Resources Department of the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court. The Clerk’s office promotes the preservation and protection of Manatee County’s past through its support of two historical parks, two museums and a historical archives. The non-profit boards of each site are sponsoring a dinner and tour at the Palmetto Historical Park and Agricultural Museum, free park rental for a private function at the Manatee Village Historical Park, a personalized walking tour of downtown Bradenton, and a Florida Maritime Museum gift package. The Harllee Barn will have historical exhibits on display and entry forms for the drawing will be available during the Barn’s operation hours from fair opening to 8:00 pm all days except Friday and Saturday when the barn will be open until 9:00 pm.
